The Age UK Bristol Online Art Class is open to all Bristol residents over 50 and has been running since September 2020. We meet once a week over Zoom for an hour and a half to make art around a theme. Themes last for two weeks and are selected by the participants they have included among others landscapes, still life, portraits, trees and the sky. There is time to get stuck into making and opportunities to show what has been made and get feedback.
It is a lovely supportive group with people from all sorts of art backgrounds. Some people have not made art since school others have attended adult education art classes or are self-taught. All are welcome and progress at their own pace.
Sessions are from 10.30am to 12pm on Wednesdays. They are booked as a block of four sessions. To book a place please contact Age UK Bristol on
